Research Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive informed business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work with large data sets, and the capacity to communicate insights clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support strategic initiatives
• Gather data from primary and secondary sources such as surveys, databases, and public records
• Analyze data using statistical techniques, tools, and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SPSS)
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to visualize findings and insights
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform decision-making
• Work cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, finance, product, or operations
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in research

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (1–2+ years) in a research, data, or analytical role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, R)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
