Research Analyst Location: Hong Kong Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to support data collection, market evaluation, and strategic insights across various business areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering information from multiple sources, analyzing data trends, and preparing clear, actionable reports that support informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market, industry, and competitor research using quantitative and qualitative methods. Collect, clean, and interpret data to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders. Support strategy development by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Monitor key market indicators and maintain internal research databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align findings with business objectives. Summarize complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. Stay updated with relevant market developments, policy changes, and industry dynamics. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in research, analytics, or consulting. Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools. Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese is an advantage. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in market or investment research. Knowledge of database management or statistical tools such as SPSS, R, or Python. Familiarity with regional and global economic trends.
