Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Market Research, Healthcare, Psychology, or related field. 
• 1–2 years of experience in market research, lead generation, or business intelligence. 
• Experience sourcing and verifying contact information for B2C or B2G outreach. 
• Familiarity with

  research and lead-generation tools

  such as

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, Lusha, Seamless.AI

  , or similar platforms. 
• Strong research, data analysis, and

  Excel/Google Sheets skills

  . 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently. 
• Maintain and update a

  global lead database

  , segmented by region, organization type, and role. 
• Support the Partnership team with briefing documents and region-specific insights. 
• Track and report on international conferences, tenders, and events relevant to mental wellness initiatives. 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Market Research, Healthcare, Psychology, or related field. 
• 1–2 years of experience in market research, lead generation, or business intelligence. 
• Experience sourcing and verifying contact information for B2B or B2G outreach. 
• Strong research, data analysis, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Interest in mental wellness, healthcare, or technology sectors is preferred.
