Required Pre-Sales Executive

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, nurturing leads, and ensuring seamless communication between potential buyers and the sales team. This role demands strong communication skills, relationship management, and a proactive approach in understanding customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries generated through calls, website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Contact potential customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to explain project details.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate property/project recommendations.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems for proper tracking and reporting.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Share brochures, floor plans, pricing, and project details with clients.
• Build rapport with customers to create a strong pipeline for sales closures.
• Provide regular updates on lead status and feedback to the sales & marketing team.
• Support the sales team in achieving overall business targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Strong persuasion and customer service orientation.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Self-motivated with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in [English, Hindi, Local Language] preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred but not mandatory).
• 13 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, customer service, or real estate industry.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
