Marketing Manager For Real Estate firm Chembur

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead and execute marketing strategies for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand positioning, digital and offline campaigns, lead generation, media planning, and team management to drive sales performance and visibility in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Planning

  :
• Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and project timelines.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

• Branding & Positioning

  :
• Build strong brand identity across all platforms digital, print, outdoor.
• Ensure consistent branding across project sites, brochures, advertisements, and events.

• Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  :
• Design and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
• Optimize cost per lead and ensure conversion support to the sales team.

• Digital Marketing & Analytics

  :
• Oversee performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook, SEO/SEM).
• Work with digital agencies to ensure performance, innovation, and ROI.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics, present insights and action plans.

• Agency & Vendor Management

  :
• Liaise with creative, media, PR, digital, and outdoor agencies.
• Negotiate budgets and ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.

• Event Planning & PR

  :
• Organize project launches, exhibitions, and channel partner meets.
• Handle public relations, press releases, and media coordination.

• Team Management

  :
• Lead and mentor the in-house marketing team.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in real estate marketing or a similar sector.
• Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns and delivering ROI.
