Dear Candidate, The Project Funding Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing funding for real estate projects. This includes liaising with banks, NBFCs, and private equity investors, preparing financial models, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements. The role is critical to ensuring adequate and timely funds for project execution and expansion. Key Responsibilities: Raise construction finance, LAP, and working capital from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. Prepare and present CMA Data , project reports, and loan proposals for funding. Develop project financial models , calculate IRR/DSCR, and perform scenario analysis. Coordinate due diligence process technical, legal, financial. Liaise with lenders during the loan sanction & disbursement process . Manage documentation including term sheets, sanction letters, and loan agreements . Track and comply with RERA, environmental, and project approvals for fund eligibility. Maintain MIS for fund utilization , compliance, and investor/lender reporting. Key Skills: Real Estate Project Finance CMA Data & Financial Modelling (Excel) NBFC/Bank/Private Equity Coordination Strong understanding of DSCR, IRR, LAP vs Construction Finance Loan Documentation & Due Diligence Knowledge of RERA & project-related approvals Preferred candidate profile Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA. Experience: 5 to 10 years in fund raising in a real estate or infrastructure company. Hands-on experience in working with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
