Job Summary:

Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and acquire new customers in domestic and international markets.
Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Conduct market research to assess demand, pricing, and competition.
Drive negotiations, close deals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Marketing and Brand Positioning:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote mineral products.
Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, digital advertising, and industry events.
Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
Conduct product presentations, trade shows, and promotional events.
Optimize brand positioning and enhance customer engagement through content marketing and PR activities.

Team Leadership and Reporting:

Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Analyze sales performance and provide reports to senior management.
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors/master’s degree in business
, marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience in
sales and marketing of Natural Mineral or Chemical based products
.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Strong knowledge of
B2B sales, digital marketing, and distribution channels
