Required-Marketing Manager - Natural Minerals & Chemicals

Job Summary:

Neutral Minerals is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts for mineral-based products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to expand market presence, drive sales growth, and establish strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers in domestic and international markets.
• Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Conduct market research to assess demand, pricing, and competition.
• Drive negotiations, close deals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Marketing and Brand Positioning:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote mineral products.
• Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, digital advertising, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
• Conduct product presentations, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Optimise brand positioning and enhance customer engagement through content marketing and PR activities.

Team Leadership and Reporting:

• Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
• Analyse sales performance and provide reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing of Natural Mineral or Chemical based products.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales, digital marketing, and distribution channels.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in CRM tools, data analytics, and market trend analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
