Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, addressing any concerns or issues regarding the functionality of fire fighting systems. Customer Training: Conduct on-site training sessions for clients on the proper operation and maintenance of Variex fire protection systems. Documentation: Maintain detailed service reports, including troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and any system upgrades or replacements performed. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to report feedback from customers and contribute to product improvement and innovation. Requirements: Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Safety, or related field). Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a service engineering role, preferably within the fire safety or related industries. Skills: Strong knowledge of fire fighting systems and equipment. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage service schedules effectively. Ability to travel to customer sites for installations, maintenance, and repairs. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Variex products and fire protection systems is an advantage.
