Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for equipment in line with equipment age, usage and maintenance requirements; Ensure adherence of maintenance team to schedule; Review preventive maintenance schedule periodically and make changes; Identify common reasons and areas of breakdown and address the same through preventive maintenance; Identify equipment at risk for breakdown/damage and take actions accordingly; Conduct periodic checking and review of critical machine spares and ensure availability of spares as per requirements; in order to prepare an effective preventive maintenance strategy and reduce risk of operations stoppage. Identify required & critical spares. Initiate procurement of spares. Update data of maintenance function into CMMS software.
