Job Description

Manage and respond timely to customer calls for assigned territory.
Ensure service call attendance and resolution at the site within the predefined timeline.
Independently execute installation, commissioning, overhauling, and troubleshooting of screw pumps, boosters, and blowers.
Support customers through technical and administrative activities.
Understand customer needs and concerns and provide high-level customer service.
Prepare and submit service reports and provide technical directions to the team.
Provide installation, operation, and maintenance training to internal and external customers.
Participate in the training of new team members and suggest adequate spare parts for stocking at the site to minimize machine downtime.
Support the aftermarket spare sales team to maximize AMC coverage and coordinate closely with the factory team to ensure timely availability of spares on site.
Support spare sales and execution teams for payment follow-ups.
