Senior Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer at Milacron, your role will involve providing end-to-end support to customers in the Mumbai Region. You will be responsible for various tasks such as coordinating pre-installation requirements, troubleshooting machine issues, and conducting training sessions for customers on machine operation and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will be required to handle tasks like submitting field return parts for analysis, generating spare parts business, and preparing service reports for each machine. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end support to customers including installation of machines, breakdown calls, spare support, and training for machine operation and processing problems - Coordinate pre-installation requirements with customers - Develop and implement corrective/preventive actions for machines - Install and service machines in the region - Conduct Mould Trials for machine shipment - Assemble machines and operate them at customer sites - Train customers on machine operation and troubleshooting - Submit field return parts for analysis and cost recovery of warranty - Release flash for parts failure - Ensure customer training and care visits - Generate spare parts business and develop spare parts recommendations - Prepare and submit service reports for each machine - Maintain software backup, hydraulics circuits, and Bill of Material on the Service Portal Qualifications Required: - 6 to 8 years of experience in the field of Injection moulding machine maintenance - Completed full-time Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Plastics/Mechatronics About Milacron: Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution, and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the plastic technology and processing industry.
