As a Service Engineer based in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, and a part of the Service Team in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to provide end-to-end support to customers. This includes tasks such as installation of machines, handling breakdown calls, addressing machine problems, providing spare support, and conducting training sessions for machine operation and troubleshooting. You will also be involved in coordinating pre-installation requirements with customers and implementing corrective and preventive actions for all machines, ensuring global standardization. Your role will require you to troubleshoot and provide solutions to overcome machine problems, as well as handle the installation and servicing of all machines in the region. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting Mould Trials both in-house and on-site, and for the assembly and operation of machines at customer sites. Providing training to customers for machine operation and troubleshooting will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to submit field return parts to the factory for analysis and cost recovery of warranty parts, as well as release flash for parts failure. Ensuring customer training and care visits, generating spare parts business, and developing spare parts recommendations will also fall under your purview. You will be required to prepare and submit service reports for each machine and maintain software backups, hydraulics circuits, and bill of materials on the service portal. This role will be a part of the regional service team based in Chennai. To qualify for this position, you should have completed a full-time diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Plastics, or Mechatronics.
