Sr. Engineer - Field Service

The role will entail providing end-to-end support to customers, from the installation of Injection moulding machines to breakdown and spare parts support. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating aftermarket sales revenue within the designated territory. Your responsibilities will include coordinating pre-installation requirements with customers, developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions for machines, providing support for mould trials, and handling assembly and operations of machines at customer sites. You will also be required to manage the submission of field return parts for analysis, releasing flash for parts failure, and generating spare parts business. This position will be a part of the service team in the Vapi Region and will be based in Vapi. Basic Qualifications: - Completed full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Plastics, or Mechatronics - 8 to 10 years of experience in Injection moulding machine maintenance or machine testing Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution, and service of highly engineered systems within the plastic technology and processing industry.
