Senior Engineer - Field Service

The role will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to customers from the installations of Injection moulding machines to breakdown and spare parts support, and also responsible for the aftermarket sales revenue for the territory. You will provide end-to-end support to customers from the installation of Injection moulding machines to breakdown calls, machine problems, spare support, training for machine operating, processing problems, and more. You will coordinate pre-installation requirements with customers and develop and implement corrective/preventive actions, CCV, HCV, AMC for any machine, ensuring global action of all machines. Additionally, you will provide support to customers for mould trials (in-house & on-site) for machine shipment, be responsible for assembly of machines and machine operations at customer sites, and submit field return parts to the factory for analysis and cost recovery of warranty parts. You will be responsible for releasing flash for parts failure, generating spare parts business, developing spare parts recommendations, preparing and submitting service reports for each machine, and maintaining software backup, hydraulics circuits, and bill of materials on the service portal. This role will be part of the service Vapi Region and will be based at Vapi. Basic Qualifications: Completed full-time Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics / Plastics / Mechatronics Experience required: 8 to 10 years of Injection moulding machine maintenance or machine testing.
