We are seeking a dedicated Renewal Desk Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving recurring revenue by managing the end-to-end renewal process. As the Renewal Desk Representative, you will own a renewal quota, work directly with customers, and ensure seamless contract renewals. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is essential to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities: Renewal Ownership: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and own the renewal process to meet or exceed assigned renewal quota. Proactively engage with customers to ensure timely renewals and maintain high retention rates. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing any renewal-related concerns. Act as the primary point of contact for renewal discussions, including pricing adjustments, term negotiations, and product upgrades. Salesforce CPQ Expertise: Use Salesforce CPQ to generate, update, and manage renewal quotes. Ensure accuracy in contract terms, pricing, and product configurations. Process Management: Track and monitor upcoming renewals using Salesforce and other internal tools. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, to ensure a smooth renewal process. Reporting and Metrics: Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline updates. Provide insights on customer trends and renewal performance metrics. Requirements Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in renewals, sales, or account management. Prior experience managing a quota or revenue target. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ is required. Strong understanding of subscription-based contracts, pricing, and renewal processes. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model. Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling strategies is a plus.
