This is a full-time, on-site position where the candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance and support to the end users and/or clients directly from our site.The ideal candidate will have experience in IT service desk operations, hands-on troubleshooting, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to end-users .Manage and resolve IT service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users.Perform installation, configuration, of, software applications, and printers.Conduct remote troubleshooting for issues that can be resolved without direct physical access, even while working from the office.Document technical solutions, procedures, and knowledge base articles.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience (2+ years) in an IT Service Desk or Onsite Technical Support role.Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, printer drivers , and common applications.Hands-on experience with hardware installation, troubleshooting of printers.Experience with remote support tools and techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.Fluent in English speaking with strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
