Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and lead a team of

    10 remote sales specialists

    .
  • Build and execute global sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new international business opportunities.
  • Foster and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate remotely with marketing, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare sales reports, and forecast business growth.
  • Represent the company in virtual client meetings and global networking events.

    • Must-Have Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 5+ years of proven

      sales management experience

      .
    • Experience in managing

      remote sales teams

      .
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • History of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
    • Global market exposure in IT, SaaS, or digital services.
    • Knowledge of IT services, eCommerce, and financial solutions.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar).
