Job Overview:
We are seeking an experiencedRelease Train Engineer (RTE)to drive Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)and
Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless coordination across teams to deliver high-quality solutions. A
SAFe RTE certificationis highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
8-15 years of experience, with at least
3+ years as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)in a SAFe Agile environment.
SAFe (Scaled Agile) Certificationis mandatory.
RTE Certificationis highly preferred.Strong expertise in
Agile & SAFe methodologies, PI Planning, and Lean Portfolio Management.Hands-on experience in
JIRA, Rally, or other Agile project management tools.Experience in managing
cross-functional teams and large-scale Agile projects.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and conflict resolution abilities.
