Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at our company, your role will involve driving lead generation, building relationships, and converting HNI/UHNI clients for our investment migration programs. You should have a strong track record in business development, particularly with HNI and UHNI clients, along with excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and proactively source new business opportunities within the HNI/UHNI client segments. - Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the investment migration process. - Deliver persuasive presentations and speak at events to promote services to potential clients and partners. - Establish and maintain strong connections with industry professionals, influencers, and stakeholders to generate business leads. - Lead negotiations with potential clients to close deals and secure strategic partnerships. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to identify growth opportunities. - Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. - Provide regular updates on business development activities, lead conversion rates, and client acquisition performance to senior management. Key Qualifications: - 3-4 years of experience in business development, with a focus on acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients. - Experience in investment migration, private banking, luxury real estate, wealth management, or similar sectors is highly desirable. - Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth. - Strong communication and presentation skills with experience addressing HNI/UHNI clients. - Existing network of HNI/UHNI contacts and ability to build and maintain relationships. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food and health insurance. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.
