We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Community Operation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential riders, explaining product benefits, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth experience. Your contributions will be essential in building trust and fostering strong relationships with riders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calling: Initiate proactive outbound calls to potential riders to introduce and explain our product offerings. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product to encourage rider sign-ups. 2. Customer Support: Respond promptly to rider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing rider concerns. 3. Lead Management & Follow-Up: Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert potential riders into active users. Build and sustain strong relationships to maintain engagement and loyalty. 4. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Continuously strive to improve performance metrics and contribute to team goals. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
