Your excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction will contribute to the success of our business and the overall customer experience Responsibilities:Client Engagement:Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and preferences Act as a reliable point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests Needs Assessment:Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs Product/Service Presentation:Present our products, services, and solutions to clients in a compelling and informative manner Highlight the value and benefits of our offerings that align with client objectives Solution Recommendations:Offer customized solutions based on client needs, providing expert advice and guidance Client Support:Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly Assist clients in navigating any challenges or issues they may encounter Negotiation and Agreements:Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction Collaborate with relevant teams to finalize contracts and terms Upselling and Cross-Selling:Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients Feedback Collection:Gather client feedback to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement Share valuable insights with internal teams for continuous enhancement Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, agreements, and transactions Prepare regular reports on client engagement, sales, and performance Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client interactions Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and provide suitable solutions Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving client satisfaction and sales targets Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for efficient client management Proactive approach and ability to anticipate client needs Collaborative attitude and the ability to work across departmentsDisclaimer: This job description has been sourced from a public domain and may have been modified by Naukri.com to improve clarity for our users.
