Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
Identify new business opportunities through open market sales and field sales activities.
Process loan applications against property, home loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), secured loans, and housing loans.
Conduct site visits to verify property documents and assess creditworthiness of borrowers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on relationship management or sales.
Strong understanding of various types of loans such as home loans, mortgage loans, LAP etc. .
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
