1. Member Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members. Handle member queries, concerns, and grievances efficiently. Ensure high member satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Business Development Identify and onboard new members and clients. Promote society products like savings accounts, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, and loan schemes. Meet individual and team sales targets. 3. Marketing and Promotion Participate in marketing campaigns and outreach activities. Conduct member education programs and community engagement initiatives. Represent the society at events and meetings. 4. Financial Product Guidance Educate members about the cooperative’s financial products and services. Assist members in selecting the best-suited financial solutions. 5. Documentation and Compliance Ensure proper documentation for account openings, loan disbursements, and deposits. Maintain records in line with RBI and cooperative regulatory guidelines. Assist in KYC verification and periodic account reviews. 6. Reporting and Coordination Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities and achievements. Coordinate with internal departments like credit, operations, and customer service. 7. Member Retention and Feedback Gather feedback from members to improve services. Implement strategies to reduce attrition and improve retention.
