Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strong professional relationships with college HODs, faculty, and students.
• Promote company offerings including academic projects, internships, workshops, and courses to colleges and universities.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive partnerships with educational institutions.
• Organize seminars, workshops, and career-oriented programs at colleges.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and colleges.
• Ensure smooth execution of collaborations and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Meet business development targets through regular engagement with stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze feedback from colleges to improve offerings.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or academic partnerships (preferred in EdTech/Training industry).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking ability with an aptitude to build long-term relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently and travel to different colleges as required.
• Multi-language proficiency will be an added advantage.
