Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred)

Role Overview:

As a Relationship Manager at DLD Groups, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing CPt relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role demands a proactive individual with strong networking, negotiation, and client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with CP and investors.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and corporate networking.

• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.

• Coordinate with the CRM and operations teams for documentation, payments, and post-sales support.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the management on sales performance. Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.

• Good understanding of the real estate sector (Gurugram & NCR preferred).
