Position: Relationship Manager (Preferably Women)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused, and empathetic Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their immigration journey. Preferably, we are looking for women candidates who can bring strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and warmth to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and support.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships to enhance client satisfaction and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored immigration solutions.
• Handle client queries and provide timely updates on processes and documentation.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking activities.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and industry trends to guide clients effectively.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular reports.
• Contribute to business growth by ensuring client retention and new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or business development (experience in the immigration/education/consulting industry is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Empathetic, approachable, and solution-oriented personality.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and related tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client interactions and events.

Preferred: Women candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for client engagement.
