Promoters/ Clients we work with:

Average revenue our promoters & clients are making within range of 100 Cr to 2000 Cr, you will only be talking to Promoters & founders of the Company.


Job Location: Gurgaon

Travel: 20% travel included

Working hour: 10am โ€“ 7pm

Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Sat and All Sun are off)

Communication Skills: Exceptional Communication & Convincing skills

Qualification: Bachelors or Masters from Marketing, Sales or related field


Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in ๐…๐ข๐ง๐“๐ž๐œ๐ก,ย 

๐๐š๐ง๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐จ๐ซ ๐–๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ, who is eager to engage with founders,ย 

promoters, and top-tier investors (Tata, Adani, Fortis, Reliance, etc.) and drive strategicย 

transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Identify and onboard high-potential startups & mid-size companies for fundraising/M&Aย 

mandates

โ€ข Build strong relationships with founders and CXOs

โ€ข Engage with VCs, PEs, HNIs, and Family Offices to map investment interests

โ€ข Maintain CRM, track pipeline, and prepare market intelligence reports

โ€ข Represent FundTQ at startup events and industry forums

Requirements:

โ€ข 2โ€“9 years of experience in Business development, or Sales

โ€ข Strong network in startup/MSME space or investor community

โ€ข Excellent communication & negotiation skills

โ€ข Prior industry experience to financial advisory, consulting, capital markets, wealth

management and banking are preferred

โ€ข Knowledge of fundraising lifecycle, types of investors and recent case studies inย 

fundraisingย 

โ€ข Proficient in Excel, CRM, and reporting dashboard

โ€ข Client relationship management

โ€ข Investor engagement

โ€ข Market research & competitive analysis

โ€ข Self-starter with high ownership
