Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager – Private Wealth

Locations: Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Kolkata

About the Role

We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Senior Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager – Private Wealth. The role involves acquiring and managing High-Net-Worth (HNI) clients, providing comprehensive investment advisory, and growing Assets Under Management (AUM). Candidates with strong exposure to wealth products, asset allocation, and client relationship management will excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new HNI / Ultra-HNI clients and build a sustainable book of business.
  • Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to design personalized wealth strategies.
  • Advise clients across multiple asset classes: Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Alternate Investments, Structured Products, and Fixed Income.
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and recommend portfolio rebalancing or asset allocation changes.
  • Manage complete family wealth including financial planning, tax considerations, and estate planning (with internal experts).
  • Work closely with the in-house research and product teams to deliver high-quality advisory.
  • Achieve AUM growth, revenue targets, and ensure superior client servicing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure complete satisfaction.
  • (For senior candidates 7–10 years) Guide junior RMs or team members, when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services sales.
  • Mandatory understanding of Equities, Mutual Funds, and core wealth management products.
  • Proven track record of managing HNI / UHNI clients and delivering investment advisory.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial market understanding, and product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, handle sophisticated clients, and manage end-to-end wealth requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / Post Graduate in Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • Certifications such as NISM (Mutual Fund / Investment Advisor) are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in Private Banks / NBFC Wealth / Leading Wealth Management firms.
