Job Overview – Wealth Manager (Sales)

We are looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Wealth Manager – Sales to lead client acquisition, portfolio expansion, and wealth advisory operations. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in financial product sales and managing high-value client relationships (HNI/UHNI/Retail).

This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for revenue, AUM growth, and client engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell Mutual Funds, Equity, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, and other investment products
  • Acquire new retail and HNI clients to grow AUM and revenue
  • Cross-sell and upsell across existing portfolios to maximize client wallet share
  • Drive consistent revenue growth and meet monthly/quarterly targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI, UHNI, and corporate clients
  • Provide personalized financial planning and wealth advisory
  • Monitor portfolios, provide performance insights, and ensure timely client servicing
  • Coordinate with dealing desk for trade support and execution

Leadership & Strategy

  • Represent the Anytime Invest brand with professionalism and trust
  • Implement strategic plans to improve sales performance and client engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines (SEBI, AMFI, NISM)
  • Maintain ethical selling practices and client confidentiality
  • Keep documentation, reporting, and audit standards up to date

Who Can Apply (Desired Candidate Profile)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business (MBA/PGDM preferred)

Experience:

  • 3–5+ years in Wealth Management, Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, Financial Advisory, or Investment Sales

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of capital markets & financial products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • High sales orientation with a proven track record
  • Ability to manage high-value clients and meet targets
  • Strong analytical and portfolio management skills
