Job Description

Job Title:

Sales / Business Development (Mortgage / Home Loan Division)Key Responsibilities:

1. New Client & Business Acquisition

Source and acquire new clients through direct sales, DSAs, and referrals.
Retain existing clients and drive cross-sell opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.

2. Channel Management

Identify and onboard new DSAs, brokers, and channel partners.
Maintain strong relationships with partners like CAs, builders, and real estate agents.
Ensure timely payouts and resolve partner queries.
Provide product knowledge and training support to partners.

3. Sales Operations & Compliance

Ensure all documentation and internal processes are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for loan sanction and disbursement.
Follow company policies and compliance norms at every stage.
Monitor delinquent cases and support recovery efforts.

4. Sales Reporting (MIS)

Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and case status updates.
Track progress on targets and ensure timely follow-ups.
Update management on market trends and competitor activities.

5. Customer Service & Relationship Management

Deliver quick turnaround times (TAT) for customer queries and documentation.
Keep clients informed on sanction/disbursement status.
Handle post-disbursement servicing like PDC/ECS replacements.
Build long-term customer trust through proactive communication and support.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and relationship management skills
Knowledge of mortgage/home loan products
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Understanding of credit, compliance, and documentation process
