Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will engage with customers to understand their housing finance needs, provide tailored financial solutions, and ensure excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing loan applications, facilitating required documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing. The candidate will also contribute to business development initiatives and meet organizational sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, customer service, and client engagement skills
• Experience in lending, loan processing, and financial product sales
• Proficiency in documentation processes and ability to analyze financial data
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of housing finance, financial inclusion practices, and credit assessment is a plus
• Proven ability to meet sales and business targets
• Ability to work in an on-site role and collaborate with team members effectively
• Relevant experience in housing finance or related financial services is advantageous
