Relationship Manager

You will be joining a growing Insurance Marketing Firm (IMF) that specializes in offering tailored financial solutions encompassing insurance, investment, and wealth management services. As a Relationship Manager (RM), your role will involve building strong and enduring client relationships while driving financial growth. Your responsibilities will include acquiring and managing clients for insurance, mutual funds, and various financial products. It will be essential to understand the individual needs of clients and provide suitable financial solutions. Maintaining long-term relationships to enhance client retention and increase wallet share will also be a key part of your role. In addition, you will conduct financial planning sessions, ensure regular follow-ups, and strive to meet sales targets through client acquisition, referrals, and follow-ups. Providing after-sales support and ongoing financial guidance will be crucial for client satisfaction. Handling documentation, application processing, policy issuance, and maintaining accurate client records will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to update CRM systems, coordinate with insurance companies and mutual fund platforms, and prepare daily reports and MIS. Supporting the sales staff with backend operations will also be essential in this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and performance bonuses are included. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.
