Relationship Manager

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager at our growing Insurance Marketing Firm (IMF), your main responsibility will be to acquire and manage clients for insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products. You will need to understand client needs and provide suitable financial solutions to meet their requirements. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to increase retention and wallet share will be crucial. Additionally, you will conduct financial planning sessions, meet sales targets, and provide after-sales support and ongoing financial guidance. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and manage clients for insurance, mutual funds, and financial products - Understand client needs and provide suitable financial solutions - Maintain long-term relationships to increase client retention and wallet share - Conduct financial planning sessions and regular follow-ups - Meet sales targets through client acquisition, referrals, and follow-ups - Provide after-sales support and ongoing financial guidance - Handle documentation, application processing, and policy issuance - Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems - Coordinate with insurance companies and mutual fund platforms - Prepare daily reports, MIS, and support sales staff with backend operations Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of insurance, mutual funds, and financial products - Ability to meet sales targets and work in a target-driven environment - Proficiency in maintaining client records and using CRM systems Please note that the job type is full-time with a day shift schedule and performance bonus.
