We are looking for a reliable and efficient Back Office Executive to support our daily operations related to insurance, mutual funds, PMS, and other financial products . The ideal candidate will handle documentation, data entry, policy servicing, and coordination with insurance companies and clients, ensuring smooth internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Handle client documentation and processing for insurance (life, health, general), mutual funds, PMS , etc. Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance in CRM and internal systems. Assist in onboarding clients by collecting and verifying KYC documents as per regulatory norms. Coordinate with AMCs, insurance companies, and other financial institutions for transactions, queries, and updates. Track and maintain MIS reports on client investments, policy renewals, and maturity dates. Process transaction for mutual funds (purchase/redemption/SIP), insurance proposals Support the sales team by preparing investment illustrations, quotes, and client presentations. Maintain organized files and proper documentation for audit readiness.
