Job Description

You will have the responsibility of closing sales deals through client visits and maintaining strong customer relationships. As an effective sales representative, it is crucial to possess excellent communication skills and superior interpersonal abilities. You should feel at ease presenting products or services both over the phone and in person, while also being capable of addressing any complaints or uncertainties that may arise. Your primary tasks will include contacting potential or existing customers to provide them with information regarding the company's products or services. You will also be required to answer any questions customers may have about the services offered. It is essential to accurately enter and update customer information in the database, as well as efficiently take and process orders. Handling customer grievances in a professional manner to uphold the company's reputation is a key aspect of this role. Going above and beyond to achieve sales targets, as well as securing future sales opportunities, is also expected. Keeping detailed records of client visits and sales, along with noting any pertinent information, will be part of your routine tasks. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to effectively resolve issues and address any complaints that may arise.,
