Job Description

Job Purpose / Summary:

Responsible for building and nurturing relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and

guiding them towards appropriate loan products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Actively reach out to existing and potential customers, building trust and rapport.
Actively seek out new business customers through networking, referrals, and market research.
Perform initial review of loan applications, providing input on creditworthiness and loan terms.
Help customers understand the loan application process and assist in preparing the necessary

documentation.

Monitor and manage the performance of their loan portfolio, ensuring on-time collection.
Prepare reports on portfolio performance and client activity.
Work closely with departments, such as Branch Banking, Credit, Collection & Operations.
Generate leads for business loans, which may involve travelling to different locations or regions to

prospect for new clients.

Experience / Skillset :

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Relevant Job Experience: Fresher to 7 years or more of exposure in the banking or financial

industry with expertise in Unsecured/Secured business Loans, knowledge of CC/OD, LAP.

Functional Skills: Having sound knowledge of Secured / Unsecured Business Loan / LAP

Product (CC/OD).
