Job Title: Relationship Manager Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Education, Home Loans, Real Estate, Telecom, BFSI, Ecommerce, Hospitality, Timeshare Education & Experience:Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream) Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in sales OR Freshers with strong sales intent are welcome Compensation:Salary Range: Up to ₹4 LPA (Fixed) Retention Reward: ₹1 Lakh (Variable Pay) Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives Job Purpose:To make impactful and persuasive sales presentations across varied settings, remain updated with the organization’s products/services, and convert leads into successful sales while generating referrals to meet targets.
