Position: Relationship Manager Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Education, Home Loans, Real Estate, Telecom, BFSI, E-commerce, Hospitality, Timeshare Employment Type: Full-Time Work Days: 6 days/week (Week off between Monday–Thursday) Education Qualification:Minimum Graduate Experience:Preferred: Minimum 1 year in Sales Open to: Freshers with strong sales intent Salary & Benefits:CTC: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum Retention Reward: ₹1,00,000 (Variable Pay) Incentives: Performance-based Job Purpose:To deliver powerful and effective sales presentations across different settings, maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings, and drive conversion through referrals and deal closures in order to meet or exceed sales targets.
