Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, resolving customer queries, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and contributing to achieving company revenue goals.keys Responsibilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships and manage customer interactions effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions for improved satisfaction and retention.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Sales and business development experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic knowledge of market trends will be beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
