Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Direct Channel located in Jabalpur Tehsil. The Relationship Manager will engage with potential and existing customers, identifying their insurance and savings needs, and offering tailored solutions from Bharti AXA Life Insurance's product portfolio. The role includes managing relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities involve prospecting leads, conducting product presentations, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
• Sales and target-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve goals
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products and financial solutions
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with the Jabalpur Tehsil region is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer-focused roles is preferred but not mandatory
