Partnered with 23 of India's leading insurers, 50+ banks and NBFCs, and 35+ Mutual Fund companies, Fincover enables users to locate the best financial products tailored to their needs. In their first year, they disbursed over Rs. 100 crore in loans and distributed more than 10,000 insurance policies. The company is targeting a 5X growth in the upcoming year aiming to cross Rs. 500 crore in disbursals. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Strategic Business Manager. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals. The Strategic Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing business planning, communicating with stakeholders, and analyzing market trends. The candidate will ensure the company meets its financial goals and enhances its market position. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning proficiency Experience in Strategic Planning and Sales Excellent Communication skills Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Relevant experience in the fintech industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; an MBA is preferred
