Job Title: Sales Manager – Business Loans (Secured and Unsecured) & Other Loan Products

About Us: We are an NBFC, headquartered in Bhopal with major focus on Business Loans / LAP, Co-Lending and Education Loans, we are currently in an expansion phase and determined to open branches across Madhya Pradesh.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through Business Loans (Secured and Unsecured) & Other Loan Products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive loan sales and increase market share.
  • Identify and acquire new customers for various loan products (personal, business, MSME, vehicle, etc.).
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners, brokers, and financial institutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.

Team Management & Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goal achievement.
  • Motivate and drive the team to improve productivity and sales efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
  • Develop long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure sales activities comply with RBI and NBFC regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and performance reports.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales trends and market insights.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the NBFC or BFSI sector.
