We are looking for a senior Relationship Manager to drive growth in our Private Wealth business. This is a high-impact role for professionals who actively manage UHNI relationships and have a proven track record of building large AUM books through PMS, AIF, and structured wealth solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive on revenue ownership, client acquisition, and long-term wealth creation for elite clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and expand UHNI client relationships with a minimum net worth of 5 crore.
• Own end-to-end client relationships and deliver customized investment strategies across PMS, AIF, and private wealth products.
• Aggressively grow AUM by building deep connections with promoters, CXOs, family offices, and business owners.
• Review and restructure portfolios in line with market trends, risk profiling, and return objectives.
• Drive strong revenue performance through continuous client engagement and cross-selling.
• Ensure high client retention through disciplined servicing and proactive relationship management.
  

Candidate Profile

• Qualification:

  Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

• Total Experience:

  Minimum 15 years in Private Wealth, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory

• Preferred Certifications:

  AMFI / IRDA

• Industry Exposure:

  Banks or NBFCs with a strong focus on Private Wealth as a core business line

Mandatory Criteria

• Minimum 5 years in the current or previous role within Private Wealth Management
• Hands-on experience in direct client handling with revenue ownership
• Strong exposure to promoter and CXO-level UHNI clients with ticket sizes of 525 crore
• Currently managing a minimum AUM of 100 crore (current AUM must be clearly mentioned in the profile)
• In-depth knowledge of Private Banking, Family Office structures, HNI/UHNI segments, PMS, and AIF products
