About the role:
We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who is willing to join our team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring leads and generating revenue through painting services for apartment complexes and societies. Job Description:- Visit Societies to check for Painting Requirements. To conduct an Inspection and take Measurements of the Society Apartment Paintable area. Submit the Quote to the Society and do Negotiations for Closure Should search for Painting contractors in the city and to onboard the same with NBH. Ensure prompt payment collections from society Lead Generation Qualifications and Education Requirements Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills Minimum 1- 2 years in the Project sales division of a paint company Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability Decision-making skills Good at making presentations Language Required: English, Hindi Regional language is mandatory

Should be flexible for any 9-hour shift between 8 am to night 11 pm 6 days
