"¢ Updating and maintaining a comprehensive database. "¢ Creating and maintaining hype and enthusiasm among all branch employees to generate and convert customer/referral leads. Job Requirements: "¢ Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills "¢ Sales ability of a very high order iv. Excellent command of product and processes knowledge "¢ Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer "DELIGHT," "¢ Leadership and managerial skills to coach, guide, train and motivate the NR Client Acquisition Team "¢ Numerical and analytical skills to calculate returns / Yields / EMI / Etc on products for customers "¢ Excellent written and oral skills.
