Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from micro mortgages.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in micro mortgages or a related field.
Strong knowledge of banking products, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with diverse client groups, including those with disabilities.
