We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro finance or business development. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro finance or business development. Strong knowledge of inclusive banking, micro finance, and relationship management principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with clients.
