Role & responsibilities Manage the complete accounting cycle including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations, ensuring all records are accurate and updated. Oversee accounts receivable and payable , tracking collections, outstanding invoices, and vendor payments on time. Ensure accurate and timely posting of all financial transactions in Tally ERP/Accounting software. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing , prepare trial balance, and maintain provisions, accruals, and depreciation schedules. Prepare and present management MIS reports covering revenue, expenses, profitability, cost centers, and cash flow analysis. Manage and verify vendor invoices, prepare payment advice, and ensure adherence to company policies and approval hierarchies. Supervise statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax; ensure timely filings and documentation. Liaise with the companys Chartered Accountant and Finance Consultant for audit preparation, filing of returns, and year-end closure.
