We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, and team management. Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of Area Sales managers and Relationship Managers.
  • Identify opportunities and implement strategies to grow the portfolio in the small and medium Enterprises sector.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their equipment leasing needs and propose custom solutions.
  • Optimize team productivity and ensure achievement of team results.

  • Minimum DegreePostgraduate/Graduate in Business Management/ Engineering / Finance / Commerce.
  • Minimum Years/type of experience3-5 years.
  • Competencies include Customer Focus, Influence, Collaboration, Financial acumen, Risk management, Speed, Meritocracy, Tech Quotient, Adaptability, Integrity, Resilience, and Agility.
  • Functional Competencies include Sales, Relationship Management, and Team Management.
  • Key Decisions taken include Identifying and prioritizing new business opportunities, Managing and leading the sales team, including recruitment, training, and grooming of resources.
  • P&L and Portfolio Growth responsibilities include taking responsibility for the P&L and growth of the Leasing business within the region, identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to grow the portfolio in the small and medium Enterprises sector.
  • New Business Opportunities develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, OEMs, and key regional stakeholders of the OEMs.
  • Customer Relationship Management build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, collaborating with them to understand their equipment leasing needs and proposing custom solutions.
  • Team Management lead and supervise the Sales team, recruiting, training, and grooming quality resources to enhance presentation and selling skills.
  • Networking and Market Intelligence build and maintain a strong network within the region''s corporate sector and key stakeholders of OE Manufacturers, developing market intelligence capabilities to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead Generation develop and implement lead generation strategies, leading the team in building a strong pipeline of potential leads for conversion into business while aligning with ground lead generation activities to drive sales.
